  • Our wedding is postponed to a later date due to COVID-19, can we adjust the gift list?

    The bridal couple decides what to do with the gifts already received. Usually the gifts are ‘taken’ to the modified / renewed gift list.

  • How safe is it to give/pay money via pluQ?

    Thank you for asking. We use secure internet security as soon as you start paying for your order. Then others do not get the chance to watch secretly. Your transaction data is sent encrypted over the internet via SSL. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the “green lock” in your browser.

  • What does the giver receive after payment?


    After you have selected and paid for a nice gift, you will receive a link in the mail, here you will find the payment overview and the gift voucher of the gift (s) given. Nice to give!

  • Can gift givers also give part of a gift?

    The total amount per gift is split into parts of € 10, € 25 or € 50. A giver can give a whole gift or part of a gift. It is also possible to give different gifts or different parts of gifts. For example part of a diving course and a cocktail on the beach.

  • Are you unable to give/pay for the selected gift?

    How annoying that it is not possible to give the selected gift. Maybe the gift is already sold out? This can be seen when the blue-green circle around the gift is completely filled. Then choose another beautiful gift from the gift list. Very occasionally it happens that the internet connection is not good, then it is temporarily not possible to select and pay a gift. By ‘refreshing’ it has been remedied.

  • The gift is sold out, what to do now?

    A gift is sold out when the blue-green circle around the gift is completely filled. Someone else preceded you and gave this as a present. Please check the gift list to select another beautiful present.

  • How do I create my own gift list?

    At pluQ you can easily and quickly create your own personal gift list. Look here for an example gift list. Start creating your personalized gift page. Enter your name (s), email address and date for a free profile at pluQ. Add your own gifts, determine the gift amount and the parts in which you want to receive the gift (€ 10, € 25 or € 50). Just upload a nice photo and the gift is ready. If you want to adjust other gifts at a later time, that is always possible. Complete your personal gift page with nice photos and a word of welcome.

  • How much will it cost to use the pluQ gift list?

    putting together the gift list and making your personal page is free. When you activate and share the gift list with guests €49,95 will be charged. This amount will be withdrawn at the moment the gift money is transferred to your account. I

  • What are the payment options for the gift givers?

    You pay with iDeal, Bancontact or various credit cards. You select one or more gifts and click on ‘give a gift’. The gifts are automatically in the shopping cart and can then be paid. Givers pay the amount they donate to the bridal couple plus € 0.95 transaction costs when paying via iDeal and Bancontact and 5.2% extra when paying with a credit card. Couples can also choose to pay the transaction costs themselves, so that the givers only pay the amount they donate. This is a one-off amount of € 92.75 and will be deducted from the payment of the gift money. After payment, the payer will receive a payment confirmation and a nice voucher by email that they can print and give. Pay attention; sometimes these mails end up in spam, so always check the spam box.

  • Can gift givers also give part of a gift?

    The gift money from the givers is transferred to the independent trust account of pluQ. The money is safe here in a separate account. And is labeled per gift list. pluQ has been approved by the Dutch Bank.

  • When will I receive the gift money given?

    The money from gift givers is transferred to pluQ’s independent trust account. The money is safe here in a separate pluQ account. The total amount (minus the administration costs of € 49.95) will be transferred to your account the first Tuesday after the party and in consultation with you. If money comes in after that, we will pay out the remaining amount the next Tuesday and close the gift page for gifts. The gift page will remain visible for 6 weeks after the party and will then be taken offline.

  • How do I know who gave a gift?

    On your own page you will see a real-time overview of the gifts received, the names, amounts and email addresses. You will only see this overview if you are logged in to your gift page and click on the ‘Gifts received’ button. This overview is not visible to visitors to the gift page. This list can be helpful when you want to thank family and friends!

  • Are there any fees for the gift givers?

    Gift givers pay € 0.95 per transaction when paying with iDeal and Bancontact and 5.2% extra when paying with credit card. This transaction cost you can redeem for the one time amount of € 92.75 (inc VAT).

  • How many gifts I can ask for?

    The number of gifts you add to your personal gift list is unlimited. We recommend adding 8 - 20 gifts. And also the number of gifts that can be given is unlimited. Please keep in mind that a gift can sold out

  • What to do when a gift is sold out?

    A gift is sold out when the full amount has been given. This is visible through the blue-green circle that surrounds the gift. You can always add new gifts. A sold-out gift can no longer be given, gift givers are advised to give another gift.
